THIS ITEM IS----vintage friction car, the friction part works, missing a head light, i think hub caps, and some other misc. parts and pieces ,selling as is, as found, worn and played with, marked made in China in the license plate area, but this toy is not new in any way.i think 60's or 70's vintage.
