Offering a beautiful antique brown transfer Pitcher or Jug by T. Elsmore & Son in the pattern # ELS3, circa 1878.  Pattern has brown flowers, urns and butterflies with a brown dotted trim.  Base is stamped
T. ELSMORE & SON TUNSTALL
ENGLAND
with the English registry stamp dating the piece to
D /1878
Pitcher measures 7 7/8” high x 7 ½” from spout to handle and holds 2 quarts
In very good condition free of chips, cracks or repairs: there is a manufacturing flaw on the rim and some paint smudges on the interior handle
A wonderful piece for use or display!
