As far as I know, only the Library of Congress and Library of Michigan University have this copy. I acquired this 15 years ago from an estate of an U.S officer who stationed in China. Condition: New binding. Back cover missing one large top. Size 11.5"x 16.5". Pages with Yuan Shih Kai has water stain, front cover has foxing, soiling and minor damages. But the content is intact with 84 pages.
This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of history.
