Social Distortion is an American punk rock band formed in 1978 in Fullerton, California. The band has always consisted of Mike Ness (lead vocals, lead guitar) and all other position in the band have revolved over its existance.  I
nspired by the punk band the Sex Pistols
and many other British punk bands as well as the Rock band the Rolling Stones.  The bands has sold over 3 million albums worldwide.
