    This is a rare piece of china from Baker & Co., England, and is known as the Delia pattern.  The pattern has been discontinued and I wasn't able to find any other pieces online for sale.  The salad plate measures 8" in diameter and has an orange background with an inner
    circle
    of a multi-color
    floral design frame in black and white checks.  A very intricate and elegant pattern.  Weight is 10.8 oz.
