    On the front of this vintage black and white postcard is a delightful resting Collie puppy.  The caption says:  "The lid is on here".   In the lower left corner is the artist's signature, "W.F.W.".   On the back is a pencilled handwritten message. This postcard has a manufacturer's message that says:  copyright 1909 by W.F. Williams.
    Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard.  There are some signs of surface wear as shown above but the postcard is still easy to see and appreciate!
