Shipping
• Items are shipped via USPS or FedEX within 24 hours of payment. You will receive an email from PayPal with a Delivery Confirmation or tracking number when your item ships.
• International sales are handled through the eBay Global Shipping program.
Payment
• Payment is expected within 4 days.
• Non-paying bidder will be filed with eBay on the 5th day.
Warranty and Returns
• Unless otherwise specified, all items are sold with a DOA warranty. DOA claims must be made 3 days from receipt of the item.
• Returns are only accepted for DOA claims. Buyer is responsible for RETURN shipping.
• If item is found to be DOA, buyer will receive a 100% refund including ORIGINAL shipping.
• If a item is returned that is not DOA, buyer is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
