We Only ship to United States and PR via FedEx or USPS
We ship Monday to Friday excluding all US major holidays. We ship FedEx and USPS at our discretion. Signature is required per eBay guidelines and our discretion.
If shipping is not specified you must contact us for a shipping quote before bidding.
PICK UP FEES:  We welcome scheduled pickups at our location; there is a fee per auction.   Cash ONLY for the total. PA sales tax is included in the total.
DAMAGE CLAIMS:  Damage to merchandise during shipping MUST be reported to us immediately upon discovery.  ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS MUST BE SAVED and submitted at time of pickup or inspection.
Any item returned to us as “non-deliverable”, will require additional money for re-shipment.
We do NOT ship on buyer’s accounts.

We use an automated feedback response system.  Feedback will only be left upon receiving feedback from the buyer.  Before leaving negative feedback please contact us so we can rectify the situation.

We guarantee everything against DOA unless the item description states the item is “untested”, “not working”, “or another term that would indicate the item should not be expected to work.
Returns-DOA means the item will NOT turn on, power up, or run self-tests as described in the auction.  Our guarantee is for replacement or refund at our discretion.  All claims of DOA must be made in 7 days. All items must be returned for refund or replacement. Return labels are provided from your US shipping address. If you have chosen to export the item it must still be returned for replacement or refund.
We adhere to eBay guidelines on money back guarantees. All claims must be made within the 30-day limit.
